A Typical Programme

Here’s how we organise trips for schools or small groups

Our Study Trips help students develop their English whilst enjoying an enriching experience in a new country. They combine lessons in the morning with a wide range of afternoon activities and excursions, all designed to get students using their English in a fun environment.

Students return to their host families for dinner and evening downtime. Weekends will be dedicated to day trips and family life.

Afternoon Activities

Day Trips and Half Day Trips

After lunch, students will be accompanied by their English teachers or tutors to have some sport, fun or cultural activities. There are many activities to choose from and they vary in price and some are free. If students have specific requirements, we’ll be flexible and do everything we can to add them to the programme.

By road or rail, Peterborough is within easy reach of many diverse cities that will give students first-hand experience of English culture and history. During your stay we’ll organise day trips to Cambridge and Nottingham or Stratford-Upon-Avon. We’ll also arrange two afternoon trips to visit two local towns, (Stamford & Burghley House, and Oundle town), locally famous for their history and heritage. Students will travel by train and coach. Find out more about Peterborough
